Garth´s experimental nature extended into the kitchen as well, where he used a CO2-powered whipping cream canister to make carbonated grapes and pineapples.  He discussed the procedure in detail as people gathered to taste.  In a similar way, the experience of observing work developing from beginning to end, and the diversity of creative processes at play in the studio, played important roles in the workshop.
